Custom Motorsport Wiring
I've wired three complete race cars to professional motorsport standards — automotive-grade wire, DR-25 braided sleeving, thermal protection, and quality automotive connectors throughout. It's not just building the harness: for each car I design the full wiring diagram first — PDU, ECU, engine loom, dash and every other circuit the car needs — before any wiring is actually made.
Wiring is offered at whatever level a project needs, from a couple of simple connections up to a complete, professional motorsport-grade loom for the entire car.

A precision pedal box built for a sim racing rig, using load-cell braking and adjustable pedal geometry for realistic, consistent feel. Designed for direct mounting on an aluminium-extrusion rig frame, matching the feedback and adjustability of a real motorsport pedal setup.

Custom Automotive PCB Design & Manufacturing
When a customer needs a control unit that doesn't exist off the shelf, I design it from scratch — schematic, PCB layout, component sourcing and assembly. This board integrates power regulation, CAN bus communication and dedicated I/O for sensors and actuators, fully documented and bench-tested before delivery.

Paddle-Shift System for a Go-Kart
A complete gear-control unit (GCU) system for a racing go-kart, including the wiring harness and a custom steering wheel with an integrated display, paddle shifters and switch panel. The system reads RPM and driver input to manage gear changes and configurable dash pages.
