We do not see or store your card details. Payments are processed directly by Stripe.
We do not use your data for marketing, do not make automated decisions about you and do not sell your data to anyone.
3. Who receives your data
We share data only with service providers needed to run the website and the shop:

For deliveries outside the EU, your name and address are also passed to the postal and customs services of the destination country.
Some providers may process data outside the EU (e.g. in the USA). In such cases, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. How long we keep your data
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years, as required by Slovenian tax law.
- Order data: for the duration of the legal liability period for defects and any claims.
- Inquiries without an order: until the inquiry is resolved, then deleted within 12 months.
5. Cookies
This website does not use cookies. Anonymous visit statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors. The website's fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to a font provider.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your personal data,
- correct inaccurate data,
- request deletion of your data (unless we must keep it by law),
- restrict processing,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- data portability.
